Yuri Deigin: How the Chinese Communist Party Covered Up COVID and the Current Consensus on the Virus Origin

More than a year after the pandemic broke out in Wuhan, China, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) still hasn’t given a clear answer as to what happened. But citizen journalists, scientists, and sleuths on the internet have been working around the clock to find the answer for themselves. Yuri Deigin, CEO of Youthereum, was one of the earliest to question the official answer—that it came from animals and was definitely not leaked from a lab.

We chat with Mr. Deigin about the newest developments more than a year later—including Wuhan University asking the U.S. National Institute of Health to delete data on COVID-19; where we stand on the consensus of the origin of the virus; and what the United States can do to find more answers. We also focused on one of COVID-19’s relatives, named RATG-13—a coronavirus that was previously unknown to the scientific community until 2020.

All that and more!
