The Supreme Court on Thursday ruled in favor of religious organizations in New York and validated their calls to hold services, despite Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s orders prohibiting large gatherings because of the CCP virus pandemic.
NTD spoke with attorney Bob Zadek, who has practiced finance law for 50 years, about similar lawsuits brought for small businesses that have been devastated by lockdowns this year.
