‘Very Difficult’ to Find Impartial Jurors in Manhattan for Trump’s NY Criminal Trial: Analyst

Former President Donald Trump’s criminal trial in New York over allegedly falsifying business records is set to begin on April 15. NTD spoke to John Malcolm, the vice president of the Heritage Foundation’s Institute for Constitutional Government and the director of the Meese Center for Legal and Judicial Studies, who says it will be “very difficult” to find 12 jurors and 6 alternate jurors in Manhattan who are impartial.
