Ukraine, Russia Sign UN-backed Grain Deal

A deal has been signed to allow Kyiv to resume its grain exports through the Black Sea. The United Nations hopes the deal will allow millions of tonnes of grain exports to relieve the risk of hunger in some parts of the world. Turkey will place the role of an inspector while Russian grain and fertilizer shipments will also be eased.
