UCAS to Help Teens Apply for Apprenticeships in UK

The Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS) found about half of teenagers interested in higher education are also interested in apprenticeships but haven’t got the information they need. Apprentices can work part-time and study at university at the same time, without paying tuition fees. The head of UCAS says more needs to be done to tackle the outdated stigma and misplaced snobbery surrounding apprenticeships.
