After an Appellate Court judge in New York made a key decision Monday in a fraud case against Donald Trump, the former president offered reporters a few choice words for judge Arthur Engoron.
The State Appellate Court decided to stop Attorney General Letitia James from seizing President Trump’s properties if he could post a $175-million bond within ten days—a hurdle significantly lower than judge Engoron’s original $465-million judgement.
Speaking to reporters at the courthouse, President Trump blasted judge Engoron over his ruling, calling him a “disgrace to this country” and telling reporters the judge was doing a disservice to New York State and its business community.
