Tonight we bring you the last of our special episodes from Turning Point USA Student Action Summit 2020 in West Palm Beach, Florida.

We had the chance to sit down with two doctors who gained a lot of attention this summer—both negative and positive—for their views on how to treat COVID-19.

Why? These two, and a handful of others, publicly said they were successfully treating patients with a long-approved, anti-malarial drug called hydroxychloroquine.

These doctors couldn’t understand why such a trusted drug was suddenly controversial.

We spoke with Dr. Simone Gold. She was an ER doctor at two Los Angeles hospitals, but after she spoke about hydroxychloroquine, she was censored and disciplined. And today, she no longer practices medicine.

But that hasn’t stopped her—now she’s more involved than ever. She founded an organization called America’s Frontline Doctors, with a mission to provide science-based facts about COVID-19.

I also spoke with Dr. Richard Urso. He’s been practicing medicine for the last 31 years, and he has a background in drug development. Early on in the pandemic, he also experienced being silenced for reasons that he says didn’t make sense. We spoke about that and his views on the new vaccines.
