Drew Reynolds, vice president of Becton, Dickinson and Company, praised Shen Yun after watching a performance in Salt Lake City on March 16.

“The ability to tell a story without any narration is hard to do and they’re doing a wonderful job.”

“One of the things that came to my mind is that the Chinese culture, we in the West think we are an advanced society and I think the Chinese culture has been doing art and dance and sophistication a lot longer than we have and it’s just beautiful,” he said. “I think it’s a great representation of the Chinese culture. I think in the West we know very little of it. So it’s a great way to introduce people to the Chinese culture in a way that may be not had done before in the past.”

“Overwhelming with the choreography, and the dance and the storytelling, is second to none,” he added.

“Just the intricacy of the performance and all the choreographic components of it. It was very well done,” said Raj Shrestha, chief operating officer at Intermountain Healthcare. “This was definitely inspired, you can tell that there’s broader divine components built-in, so it was really nice.”

“Just the message, of being kind and loving people, that was probably the biggest message to me,” said Curtis Smith general manager of Cabela’s. “It’s great, we tell all of our friends about it, encourage them to come see it. We have a great time, every year.”

“It’s the most spectacular show I’ve ever seen, flawless. The artistry, the athleticism was beyond everything I’ve seen before,” said Bonnie Henderson, a dance choreographer.

“I was so inspired. The message of the Divine Creator, all of it, and the responsibility each of us has to do our part to make our contribution as the one person. We do make a difference,” she said.

“I can’t even describe how I feel, the gratitude for seeing this amazing production. It’s the best I’ve ever seen.”
