Shanghai: Pet Dog of COVID-19 Patient Beaten to Death

China’s draconian pandemic measures are again triggering public outrage.

When residents in Shanghai test positive for the CCP virus, they are taken away to quarantine centers. But what happens to their pets, when nobody is at home to take care of them?  Some of them are being killed. Authorities say this is to prevent the pets from spreading the virus. But no scientific research so far has proven that pets can transmit the virus to humans.
