Senators Introduce Bill Banning Russian Energy Import

On Capitol Hill, both Republicans and Democrats are urging President Joe Biden to ban Russian oil imports. Since the war began, the United States has bought at least 500,000 barrels from Russia, and now an effort is underway to put a stop to this. The bipartisan bill also aims to revive U.S. energy independence.
