Riot Declared on 100th Day of Protest in Portland

Saturday marked the 100th day of consecutive protests in Portland. That night, over 50 people were arrested in a riot.

On Sunday, police arrested 15 people for starting a fire near a police precinct.

The blazes were started despite a ban on fires due to dry conditions.
