A missing Chinese rights lawyer’s wife has died of cancer in Maryland, leaving two children behind. Both of them in their early 20s.
Guo Feixiong is a famous human rights lawyer in China. Reports say he disappeared a month ago. Guo had tried to fly to the U.S. last January to see his ailing wife, but Chinese customs authorities didn’t allow him to go, saying he could “endanger national security.”
