Luann de Lesseps, star of the “Real Housewives of New York” show, was back in custody after allegedly violating her probation.

On Thursday, May 23, a judge ordered the 54-year-old into custody over the alleged violation. She has since been released.

The judge reportedly said that de Lesseps “obviously isn’t taking probation seriously, after positive alcohol test, not attending meetings.”

Earlier this month, the Florida Department of Corrections accused de Lesseps of not taking her probation seriously after she had “an alcohol test conducted on 04/21/2019,” her New York-based probation officer reported to Page Six.

According to her court documents obtained by the outlet, de Lesseps was specifically ordered not to drink alcohol for 12 months. However, on the date of her alcohol test, she “admitted to drinking two glasses of mimosas after a performance she had in Chicago.”

Additionally, after the conclusive results, she rejected the offer to “immediately enroll in outpatient treatment” as it conflicted with her “touring schedule,” according to the court documents via Page Six. She also refused to be fitted for an alcohol ankle monitoring device as it was “too intrusive.”

At the time, de Lesseps was ordered back into court. She told Page Six that she was “looking forward to [her] day in court to present evidence clarifying these allegations.”

“I take my sobriety very seriously and like many in my situation, it is a daily struggle,” de Lesseps told page Six in a statement at the time. “I remain committed to doing whatever it takes to continue living a healthy sober lifestyle.”

That was her second time she violated her probation, according to her West Palm Beach Florida-based probation officer.

De Lesseps also “failed to provide sufficient documentation of completed AA meetings,” the officer said in a statement via Page Six. According to the court documents, de Lesseps was ordered to attend two AA meetings per week, but had only five documented visits thus far.

“It appears to [the court] that [de Lesseps] is not serious about her sobriety or the orders of this Court,” the officer said in the court documents. “As stated on previous notification, [she] has used her unlimited travel as a reason to be noncompliant with her conditions of supervision.”

Her first arrest was on Christmas Eve in 2017.

At the time, she pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest, and battery on a law enforcement officer at the Colony Hotel, according to CBS12 News.

A source told Page Six De Lesseps did complete her required community hours for that plea deal, but not for her second arrest.

As for her latest arrest, de Lesseps told Page Six that “the reports have not been accurate,” adding that she’s “glad the judge was understanding after being made aware of the facts.”

“I look forward to completing the last couple months of probation and getting this entire situation behind me and moving on with my life,” she added.
