Potentially Abusive Men Exploit Homes for Ukraine Scheme: Investigation

A BBC investigation says that potentially abusive men are exploiting the Homes for Ukraine refugee scheme to connect with vulnerable women fleeing Russia’s invasion. As many as 30 percent of would-be sponsors are men over 40, with most of them offering to house single women in their 20s and 30s. And some have a history of domestic abuse and harassment.
