Every year, a hotel in San Francisco unveils a new sugar castle—and this year, there are two.

Inside the lobby of the Westin St. Francis Hotel, Pastry Chef Jean-François Houdré unveiled his signature 12-feet rotating holiday sugar castle on Nov. 27.

This annual holiday tradition began in 2005 with the stunning Medieval Sugar Castle, a life-like French Chateau that becomes more extravagant with each passing year.
