Partygate: Fines for Boris Johnson and Sunak

Boris Johnson today became the first serving Prime minister of the U.K. to be sanctioned for breaking the law. Johnson offered a full apology and says he paid the fine relating to a party for his birthday during lockdown. His wife Carrie Johnson has paid a fine for a similar offense. Chancellor Rishi Sunak has also been told he will be fined over lockdown parties at Downing Street.
