NYC Subway Shooting Suspect Denied Bail

A U.S. federal judge has ordered that defendant Frank James remain in custody. James was charged with committing a terrorist or violent attack against a mass transportation system—and if convicted, he could face life in prison. NTD was at the Brooklyn federal court where the defendant was arraigned today.  Some of the following footage may be disturbing to some viewers.
