No Charges Against Will Smith

The Los Angeles Police Department says that Chris Rock will not be pressing charges against Will Smith. This is after Smith slapped Rock in the face during the Academy Awards on Sunday night. However, the police department also said that if Rock decides to file a police report at a later date the “LAPD will be available to complete an investigative report.” The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences—the organizers of the Oscars—also said it’s officially started a formal review around the incident.
