The Epoch Times has learned that The New York Times is developing a hit piece on Shen Yun Performing Arts. The media outlet’s aim of interviewing members or former members of Shen Yun selectively in order to smear the company is analogous to the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP’s) efforts to thwart the company’s performances around the world.
Staff at Shen Yun say China’s communist regime attempts to interfere with the company’s performances in order to prevent audiences from seeing acts within the show that depict the horrific human rights abuses committed by the CCP against adherents of Falun Gong inside China.
