New Speaker Facing Dicey Spending Fight

Once again the clock is ticking to fund the government after a shutdown was barely averted in September. The issue was kicked down the road with a short-term funding measure, that ultimately got Former Speaker Kevin McCarthy ousted from his job. Here’s NTD’s Melina Wisecup with more from Capitol Hill.
