Doris Liber, mother of 26-year-old Guy Iluz—who was taken hostage during the Hamas terrorist attack on Israel on Oct. 7—pleaded with the U.S. government to help find her son at a Tuesday press conference.

Ms. Liber spoke to reporters alongside both other family members of hostages taken during the attack and House Republican leaders, who stated their support for Israel in its war against the Hamas terrorist group.

During the same event, House Speaker Mike Johnson called on the Senate to pass a House bill allocating money to aid Israel.
