Michael O’Neill on Supreme Court Limiting EPA’s Power to Curb Emissions

In a new ruling, the Supreme Court has cut back the Environmental Protection Agency’s power. The court says the EPA cannot nationally regulate CO2 emissions—not, at least, without Congress.
