Legal Group Asks IRS to Audit Teachers Union Over Political Spending

The nation’s second-largest teachers union is in the spotlight. It involves the money spent on political causes by the American Federation of Teachers (AFT). The union says they have not engaged in direct or indirect campaign activities for candidates, but a conservative legal advocacy group is suspicious of that. NTD speaks to Michael O’Neill, the assistant general counsel at Landmark Legal Foundation, about their call to the IRS to audit the AFT.
