Dozens of lawsuits against Merck & Co. allege plaintiffs suffer severe side effects after taking the HPV vaccine. The United States Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation issued an order on Aug. 4, consolidating over 30 cases so they’ll be heard by the same judge. Lawyer Robert F.
