Larry Elder Wins California Ballot Lawsuit

Conservative talk show host and EpochTV host Larry Elder filed a lawsuit against the California secretary of state for blocking him from running for the upcoming recall election, citing incomplete tax returns. A Sacramento superior court judge ruled in his favor, saying Elder is not required to file a tax return, as opposed to a primary election.
