Labor Senate Leader Penny Wong has been cleared of CCP virus after being tested for the deadly disease.

NTD refers to the novel coronavirus, which causes the disease COVID-19, as the CCP virus because the Chinese Communist Party’s coverup and mismanagement allowed the virus to spread throughout China and create a global pandemic.

Senator Wong stayed away from federal parliament on Monday after waking up feeling unwell and was tested for the virus following medical advice.

“That test has been returned negative,” she said in a statement on Tuesday.

“As soon as I am feeling well enough to travel I will return to Adelaide from Canberra.

“I would like to thank the medical professionals who have been so helpful, and my colleagues and the many members of the community who have sent me kind messages.”
