Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) is changing from Colorado’s 3rd to 4th district for the upcoming election. Mr. Leon described the political risk involved in Ms. Boebert’s entering the special election being held to fill the seat vacated by Republican Rep. Ken Buck. Whichever Republican candidate wins the GOP primary will then have to go up against a Democratic challenger again in November’s general election, with Republicans already having a razor-thin majority in the House.
