‘Havana Syndrome’ Absolutely Cuban Attack: Cyber Defense Expert

In late 2016, U.S. Embassy staff in Havana, Cuba, began experiencing odd, even debilitating, neurological symptoms. Despite numerous studies, Washington does not have an official position on the source of the sickness. There have been more attacks recently too.

Gary Miliefsky, a founding member of Dept of Homeland Security and current publisher of Cyber Defense Magazine, doesn’t think it’s mysterious at all. He explains why he’s sure it was an ultrasonic weapon attack and that Cuba must be punished.
