Mike Davis, founder & president of the Internet Accountability Project (IAP) has been working hard to forge bipartisan support in Congress to break up big tech. He thinks he’s there and says, even if Republican leadership isn’t on board, 218 House members could move forward with a discharge petition.

“It is time for Republicans to put up or shut up and this discharge petition is a very good way to smoke out people to figure out which side they’re on,” says Davis.

He also has thoughts on Section 230 reform and on how Elon Musk’s Twitter takeover could play out.
