Two runaway boys, aged four and six, from Germany, went on a rampage, savaging the area in their home village of Kulmbach, Bavaria.
The boys, whose names have not been made public, ran away from home, stole a gas heater, and used it to set a garage on fire, according to police spokesman Alexander Horn, Fox News reported.

They then flooded another neighbor’s basement and stole an aerosol sprayer which they used to spray several front doors and cars in fresh white paint.
Eventually, police were alerted by some concerned neighbors, and the two little rascals, who had “enough tools to take on the neighborhood” were apprehended, Metro reported.
They were taken to a local youth welfare office, where their mother could pick them up later.
It is not known if the two were disciplined or not, but their little excursion managed to run up a $17,000 price tag which the parents will have to pay.
The children on their grand adventure probably had no idea or concern about the possible damage they caused, nor did they realize the consequences their parents might face.
Generally, such behavior withers with the coming of age. But in India, however, there was a 27-year-old man who never grew up.

Raphael Samuel, who wore a fake beard and glasses, said that his parents gave birth to him without his consent, so they should pay for his life.
“If we are born without our consent, we should be maintained for our life. We should be paid by our parents to live,” he said, Fox News reported.
“I want everyone in India and the world to realize one thing that they are born without their consent. I want them to understand that they do not owe their parents anything,” he said. “If we are born without our consent, we should be maintained for our life. We should be paid by our parents to live.”
The comments made by Samuel, who reportedly is a businessman, have been picked up by several news outlets, which have offered little in the way of critical feedback of his idea.
“I wish I was not born. But it’s not that I’m unhappy in my life. My life is good, but I’d rather not be here. You know it’s like there’s a nice room, but I don’t want to be in that room,” he also stated, the BBC reported.
Viva Frei, a lawyer who operates a YouTube channel, wrote that Samuel’s suit is “hands-down, the stupidest lawsuit I have ever heard of.”
“It’s an obvious publicity stunt, and possibly even a social experiment, but it can nonetheless teach us something in law,” he wrote.
