Georgia Witness Testimony: Scott Vandiver

Over 40 witnesses spoke to the media at Cobb Country Republican Party Headquarters in Georgia on Dec. 9, 10, 13, and 14. They presented evidence of election irregularities and fraud they had collected during the 2020 election ballot counts and recount. Some of them did not get the chance to give their testimonies in person, but sent their video testimonies or did a video interview online.

Scott Vandiver and his team’s “main responsibility was to match original copied ballots that were in a condition that they could not be scanned into the system a vote to a duplicate copy that was created and used for scanning purposes.” He said on Dec. 9 that he personally witnessed irregularities in the November election.

He said in his testimony: “My team regularly came across groupings of ballots missing the first ballot page that contained the presidential vote. Over the 24 to 25-hour period I worked, it is hard to me to estimate as this how many we saw, as this was a regular occurrence that happened to every few batches that came through. The sheer number and frequency of missing pages called the vote into question and deprived citizens of their legal vote.”

Vandiver added: “there was a vote counted, but it was not attributed to a candidate, it was placed into the no vote bucket.”
