The co-chair of Facebook’s oversight board Helle Thorning-Schmidt said on Thursday that the board makes decisions based on international human rights standards, not on national laws.
The board has the power to review Facebook’s content moderation decisions. It will soon decide on whether to allow former President Donald Trump back on Facebook.
