Beijing says it is “deeply shocked” by Slovenia’s new plans with Taiwan. That’s the Chinese Foreign Ministry’s response on Wednesday after the European country’s prime minister said in an interview Monday, that he’s eyeing plans to open a Taiwanese representative office in Slovenia—a move similar to Lithuania.
