A new first look trailer for “Dog’s Most Wanted,” the latest show from Dog the Bounty Hunter, shows Beth Chapman hunting criminals while battling cancer.

This latest series is scheduled to begin at 9 p.m. on September 4, on WGN America.

“Our show has become very real.” Beth Chapman said in the footage released by WGN America. “There’s nothing that we want to hide from anybody. We’ve let it all hang out, battling cancer on the show.”

Beth explained why she did the show despite her cancer diagnosis.

“I don’t want to have my kids all surrounding my bed. I want to have them all in my car. I want to be out in the streets. I want to be kicking [expletive], booting in doors, and taking names, and dragging guys to jail.”

Beth Chapman died on June 26 of throat cancer, in the course of filming the new series. She first revealed she had the disease in September 2017, Entertainment Tonight reported.

“I have a 50-50 chance of surviving it with the chemo,” Beth said in the footage. “If I’m going to die, I’m going to die in my boots.”

Duane “Dog” Chapman said the difference between “Dog’s Most Wanted” and his previous shows, is that in this one the stakes are higher. In previous shows Dog, Beth, and the crew hunted bond jumpers. In the new show they hunt fugitives.

“‘Dog’s Most Wanted,’ we chase the most wanted criminals in America. Whether they be on the FBI’s top ten list, the federal marshals… Because it’s called Dog it’s up to me who I choose to be the most wanted,” Dog added. “You got a felony warrant, you’re a fugitive, we’re on your [expletive].”

The footage is intense, guns drawn, door-kicking action. In one particularly intense scene, what looks like the car of a potential fugitive speeds away with several members of Dog’s crew hanging onto it, getting dragged, and falling off, and almost getting run over. Other scenes show Dog or Beth giving someone they hunted a hug after a capture.

“I think that America really needs shows like this where they can anchor on justice and compassion,” Beth said, in the footage.

“This is the realest show in America,” Dog said in the footage. “We’re going to make America safe again.”

Beth Chapman’s Personal Items Stolen

Personal items of Beth Chapman were stolen in a robbery that Dog learned about on August 1, law enforcement told The Blast. Thieves ransacked the Chapmans’ family store in Edgewater, Colorado.

Sources told The Blast that merchandise from the couple’s TV shows was stolen, along with Beth’s personal items, some of her bounty hunting gear, and family mementos. Beth’s personal items were in the store since it was serving as a makeshift memorial. The stolen items are worth thousands of dollars.

Dog told TMZ that a psychic said the robbery was an inside job. He also said that he promised the police that he would let them take care of the crime investigation. He said that he would only get involved in finding the robber under certain conditions.

“When the warrant goes national. When they put him on NCIC and he becomes a felon, wanted. In the United States of America you may do a citizen’s arrest to any wanted felon. If that happens, he’s property of Dog,” Dog told TMZ.
