Practitioners of the spiritual practice Falun Gong will be holding peaceful protests across the world in the coming days, coming up to 25 years since the April 25 appeal in China. That’s when around 10,000 practitioners gathered in Beijing to appeal for their freedom to believe. Former vice president of the European Parliament Edward Mcmillan-Scott told NTD there should be a World Awareness Day to mark those events.
