Floods in China’s Henan province devastated millions of acres of farmland. Farmers worry authorities aren’t offering enough relief subsidies.
Henan’s Provincial Department of Agriculture announced that for every 7,000 square feet of devastated land they will give farmers about 7 dollars in relief subsidies.
