A U.S. Supreme Court Justice is apparently ready to hang up his robe. President Joe Biden gets to appoint a Supreme Court Justice for the first time, and he made it clear what type of Justice he’s looking to nominate.

We speak to Rick Green, an attorney and former Texas State representative, to find out who Biden might pick and if this will be a unifying moment for the Democrats.
