Build Back Better Act Would Lead to Amnesty for Millions: Cuccinelli

The Biden administration’s Build Back Better Act is a giant, nearly 2,500-page bill. So big, that a common criticism leveled at it by Republicans, and by moderate Democrats like Senator Joe Manchin, is that no member of Congress can possibly know what they’re voting on, and time is needed to study its many costs and implications.

One element in the bill that hasn’t gotten a lot of attention are provisions related to immigration reform that could affect millions of people. We discuss what those provisions are and how it could lead to mass amnesty for millions of people with Ken Cuccinelli, former acting deputy secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, now a senior fellow at the Center for Renewing America.
