While some Democrat governors are asking Washington for more aid to handle the surge of illegal immigrants, schools are straining to accommodate their children, who often arrive unannounced and in need of resources.

We spoke with the former Press Secretary for the U.S. Department of Education Angela Morabito about the trickle-down effect of illegal immigration on schools and what parents can do about it.
