President Joe Biden just signed the TikTok bill into law Wednesday.
The bill gives TikTok’s Chinese parent Bytedance 270 days to sell the app. Failure to do so will lead to TikTok’s nationwide removal from U.S. app stores.
But selling TikTok could be easier said than done.
Lawmakers say the bill is meant to sever TikTok’s ties to China, instead of blocking users from accessing it.
