CBS TV show “The Good Fight” sent an image through Twitter on April 12 from a recent episode with the title “The One Where Diane Joins the Resistance.” The image displayed a person pointing to a list of “target words” that contained the phrases “Assassinate President Trump” and “Eliminate Mara-A-Lago.” The tweet, which was deleted, caused a backlash among Twitter users, some of them reporting CBS to the Secret Service, according to Breitbart.
The CBS Twitter account for “The Good Fight” asked viewers if they had noticed any “Easter eggs” inside the list of “target words” from the March episode.
“Hmmm… some of those target words look a little familiar. Did you catch any easter eggs in this scene from The One Where Diane Joins The Resistance? #TheGoodFight” wrote on their tweeter account on Friday.
“Threatening the president of the United States is a federal felony under United States Code Title 18, Section 871. It consists of knowingly and willfully mailing or otherwise making “any threat to take the life of, to kidnap, or to inflict bodily harm upon the president,” replied one Twitter user to the CBS account.
“@SecretService, please investigate this assassination threat against President Trump,” wrote conservative activist Scott Presler on Twitter.

“Yes, @CBS this is despicable to run subliminal messages encouraging the assassination of the president @realDonaldTrump,” wrote another user on Twitter, “I hope @SecretService investigates @thegoodfight thoroughly.”

In the episode from which the image in question originated, a character from the show Diane “is encouraged to ‘do something’ after meeting the leader of a female resistance group whose aim is to sink POTUS’ approval rating,” according to the synopsis of the episode.
Last year, the CBS TV show came under attack after one of the characters proposed to assassinate the president.
According to cultture.com, it was discovered that “The Good Fight’s” tweet was deleted while the account remained up, even though they had violated the terms of service.
Wait, why does Twitter allow this up? This is *literal* terrorism backed by CBS.
*Literal* terrorism. This violates Twitter’s Terms of Service so blatantly.
